Great to meet you!

My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to process difficult life situations, decisions, transitions and mental health challenges. I offer supportive guidance, a listening ear and a focus on self care. I use eclectic techniques based on what makes the most sense for each individual client and bring over 20 years of experience to our sessions.

My approach to therapy

I am committed to helping individuals solve their own problems. I believe that all people are inherently good and insightful and are doing their best with the circumstances they are given. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental place to work with you and to make things better.

What you can expect from me

I hope that I can help you feel more in control of your life, feel validated, heard and supported. I hope that our sessions give you new insight or ideas of things that you can try immediately following our sessions.
