Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship challenges. You may feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. You’re not alone in this, and change is possible.

I’ve been providing therapy for over 40 years, working with individuals and couples who want to better understand themselves and create more fulfilling lives. My goal is to help you identify what’s been holding you back and support you in building healthier patterns, stronger relationships, and a greater sense of confidence.

I offer a supportive, experienced perspective and create a space where you can feel heard, understood, and motivated to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical, supportive, and tailored to your needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, supportive therapy, and grief work to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

I ask thoughtful questions to help you gain insight, while also giving you the space to explore your experiences and goals. Together, we focus on shifting unhelpful patterns, improving self-talk, and building the confidence needed to create positive changes in your life and relationships.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you and what you’d like to change. I’ll ask questions to understand your situation, your goals, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy.

You can expect a supportive, comfortable conversation where you have space to share at your own pace. We’ll begin identifying areas to focus on and outline a path forward that feels manageable and aligned with what you want for your life.
