Great to meet you!

My life's mission is to support survivors of trauma. I have specialized training in gold-standard treatments for PTSD, and I enjoy working with combat Veterans, first responders, and survivors of childhood abuse, sexual assault, and domestic violence.

My approach to therapy

For trauma healing, we will use a cognitive framework to process your thoughts and emotions about the event. When you are ready, we will integrate somatic approaches to heal the memories stored in the body.

What you can expect from me

As your therapist, I will provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to facilitate your own healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. I regard clients as the expert of their own lives, and I honor and respect their beliefs, cultural values, and goals.
