Hello! My name is Janae and I am a Clinical Social Worker. I received my Masters of Social Work in 2022 and have been serving as a therapist since. I am EMDR trained and enjoy using this tool to improve the lives of those I work with.
I enjoy bring humor, art, and other creative tools to therapy. Therapy should not be scary but feel empowering. I specialize in trauma treatment, depression, LGBTQIA+ concerns, and postpartum concerns.
I am often told by clients that they feel a weight has been lifted off their shoulders. I strive to have you leave session feeling better than you did coming in and have an action plan to continue making progress between our sessions.
