I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in CA, FL, VT & ID. I work collaboratively w/clients such as LGBTQIA2s+. Chicanx/Latinx, BIPOC, Athletes, Creatives/Performers, Adults & Students to empower them to unlock their fullest potential. My mission is to cultivate resilience, optimize performance, & foster well-being. Grounded in evidence-based practices & individualized care, I guide individuals towards physical, mental, & emotional excellence, enabling them to thrive in their overall lives.

My therapeutic approach is founded on evidence-based practices while remaining flexible & responsive to the individual needs of each person. I believe in depathologizing & decolonizing therapy practicea so I serve as a guide & empower clients to assert their own agencies. I am committed to offering a warm & inclusive environment where all individuals feel welcome & respected.
