My work as a counselor is focused on meeting the client where he/she/they are and assisting them by sharing resources and tools to help them to make healthy, positive change. I partner with my clients in a non-judgmental way so that they feel comfortable. I consider it an honor to walk alongside each of my clients as they work towards growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

Each client is an individual. The counseling strategies used is tailored to the individual and his/her/they needs and situations.
