As a systemic thinker, my approach to therapy is eclectic utilizing evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT)Structural Family Therapy and mindfulness based practices.I start where the client is at, focusing on their strengths and maintain a humanistic approach throughout the therapeutic relationship.
