Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Jane Horowitz, LCSW (they/them). I specialize in therapy for queer and neurodivergent people and their loved ones. I use trauma-informed approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a warm and collaborative space so that my clients feel comfortable to work through their therapeutic goals. What ideas and beliefs do you have about yourself? I can help you identify patterns of thinking and behaving that are no longer serving you, and work to replace them and rewire your brain to be kinder and more helpful.

What you can expect from me

I offer free 30-minute consultations via phone or Zoom. If we decide we are a good fit to work together and move forward with therapy, our initial session will be a chance for us to get to know each other and start to build our therapeutic bond. I approach the first session with curiosity and openness, and hope to create safety and comfort between us. Are you ready to get started? Reach out to schedule a consultation!
