Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing in-person and virtual therapy in Scottsdale Arizona. I enjoy working with adults who are curious, motivated, and interested in personal growth. I am experienced working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, and the demands that often accompany leadership, caregiving, and high achievement. My goal is to help my clients gain deeper self-understanding, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. I believe in a whole-person approach to wellness, recognizing the important connections between mental health, physical health, relationships, purpose, and overall quality of life. I am Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with nearly 30 years of experience in behavioral health. I hold a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology. Outside of the office, I enjoy endurance cycling, running, spending time outdoors, and making memories with my husband and two daughters.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practices including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also draw from Humanistic and Existential approaches, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), to help my clients increase self-awareness, process emotions, and develop healthier ways of responding to life's difficulties. I strive to balance insight-oriented work with practical strategies that clients can apply in their everyday lives.

What you can expect from me

You can expect me to be warm, collaborative, and to meet you with authenticity. Starting with our first session, I'll strive to support you in making meaningful change aligned with your personal goals and values. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling encouraged, and with at least one meaningful, practical thing you can take away.
