Janet Bruggemann's approach to therapy is to create and emphasize a non-judgemental environment that fosters empathy and trust. She utilizes a holistic approach and emphasizes how experiences, including cognitions, environmental factors, and emotions influence the learning pprocess (Experiental Learning).
