I use CBT methods to examine and challenge thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors and shift them to healthier habits and behaviors.The majority of my experience is working with parenting issues at all stages of parenting. I have particular experience supporting parents in adoption and foster care, as well as supporting those who want to be parents but are facing fertility issues.
I provide a nonjudgmental and affirming space. We will mutually set therapeutic goals that YOU want to work towards.
