Great to meet you!

Life rarely falls apart all at once — usually it’s a slow drift. The relationship that used to feel easy now feels like work. The career path that once made sense feels off. You’re doing everything you’re “supposed to” be doing, but something underneath isn’t right. Maybe you’re at a crossroads — a move, a breakup, a marriage, a new chapter — and you want to walk into it as the person you actually want to be.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 13+ years of clinical experience helping adults navigate exactly these moments. My work focuses on two things: getting through life transitions with clarity instead of just surviving them, and building relationships — with partners, with family, with yourself — that actually feel good to be in.

Whether you’re sorting out a transition, working through a relationship challenge, or trying to break a pattern that keeps repeating, this is a space to think honestly and make changes that hold up beyond the therapy hour.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to what you actually need. Drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused work, we’ll look at the patterns running on autopilot, the communication habits creating distance, and the old stories shaping how you show up now. Sessions focus on building self-awareness, strengthening communication and coping skills, and creating realistic strategies you can apply between sessions — because change that only happens in the room rarely sticks. You’ll feel heard, gently challenged when it’s useful, and clear on what moving forward looks like.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, welcoming space where we’ll start getting to know each other and what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk through your current concerns, relevant background, and what you’re hoping to get out of the process. Together, we’ll begin identifying initial goals and outline a direction for our work that feels realistic and meaningful to you. My focus is on helping you feel comfortable, understood, and clear on what moving forward can look like.
