Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist whose work is grounded in evidence-based, compassionate care. I completed advanced graduate training in clinical psychology, followed by supervised work in outpatient and higher-acuity settings, where I treated adults and adolescents with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

In my practice, I primarily use approaches like CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed therapies, integrating them in a way that’s tailored to each person rather than one-size-fits-all. I pay close attention to cultural and contextual factors, and I use measurement-based care so we can see whether treatment is actually helping you over time.

Clients often describe me as understanding, direct, and collaborative: I’ll bring structure and clinical expertise while also respecting your pace and values. I work with individual adults (and in some cases teens) who are dealing with issues like chronic stress, perfectionism, identity and life transitions, grief, and the impact of past traumatic experiences.

My goal is to provide a space that is both validating and change-focused; somewhere you can be fully honest, feel understood, and also develop practical skills to live in a way that feels more aligned with who you want to be

My approach to therapy

These are the treatment types I use: I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed therapies. Sessions are structured but flexible, focused on your goals, and paced in a way that feels manageable. You can expect a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where we identify patterns, build practical skills, and work through challenges at a steady, meaningful pace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll start with brief introductions and review confidentiality, consent to treatment, and key policies in plain, clear language. I’ll ask what led you to seek therapy now, what feels most difficult, and what you hope might be different in your life. You do not need to have everything “figured out” or tell your whole story at once. We go at your pace.
