Great to meet you!

As your therapist, you can expect me to be supportive, direct, and genuinely invested in your growth. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself while also being challenged to move toward the changes you want to make. I will support you, encourage you, and, when needed, offer honest feedback that helps you gain insight and move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in person-centered, strengths-based care and incorporates techniques from CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, we'll identify what's working, explore what's getting in the way, and develop practical strategies that align with your goals and values. I adapt my approach to fit your unique needs and draw on creativity and collaboration to make therapy both meaningful and effective.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is getting to know you and creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. I'll take time to learn about your strengths, experiences, and the factors that have shaped your story. You can expect a supportive, collaborative conversation. I want you to feel heard, understood, and respected from the very beginning.

Together, we'll begin exploring your goals and discussing what a successful therapy experience might look like for you. I'll answer any questions you have about the therapy process and work with you to create a plan that feels realistic, meaningful, and tailored to your needs.
