Great to meet you!

I’m really glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy is a big step.

Therapy should feel like a space where you can truly be yourself, feel safe, supported, and free to speak openly without fear of judgment. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of your experiences while building confidence, clarity, and tools for growth.

I often think of life as a journey. Each day is an opportunity to learn, heal, and move forward in a way that feels right for you. Growing is not about perfection, it's about progress. No matter how big or small the steps may feel, they matter. We will take things one step at a time, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I especially enjoy working with young women ages 18–30 who are navigating life transitions, boundaries, self-worth, and personal growth. Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to go through it alone.

This is your space to be heard, to feel supported, and to grow in a way that feels meaningful to you. It would be an honor to be your therapist and support you through your Journey Through Life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, empowered, and encouraged.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a welcoming, judgement free space to share their thoughts, concerns, and goals at their own pace. Our first session is focused on getting to know you and beginning to build a supportive therapeutic relationship.
