Great to meet you!

I am deeply committed to assisting individuals and couples who are going through challenging life transitions. I understand that life can be full of disappointments, and it is crucial to feel safe and comfortable when sharing personal experiences. My main goal is to provide hope in a non-judgmental and secure environment. I take pleasure in exploring innovative solutions that can help my clients reach their full potential, whether they are struggling with depression, emotional wounds, or other life challenges. I acknowledge that healing is not a straightforward process and I'm here to walk alongside you as you navigate through it.

Traumatic events can take a toll on our bodies, resulting in physical aches and pains. As a Somatic Experiencing therapist, I aim to help you address the underlying cause of trauma symptoms. My approach involves helping your nervous system regulate and heal symptoms of stress, shock, and trauma.

I want you to understand and experience the possibilities that lie ahead on this journey. You already possess the necessary tools to achieve your goals, and I am here to help bring them to the surface. Let's begin this journey!

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered and trauma informed, creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment where healing can take place. I integrate Somatic Experiencing, attachment-based work, and Internal Family Systems to help clients process the impact of stress and trauma. Together, we worked to strengthen emotional regulation, deepen self-awareness, and foster lasting self-acceptance and resilience.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on creating a safe and supportive space where you can begin at your own pace. You won’t be expected to share every detail of your story—only what feels comfortable. My role is to listen closely, understand your concerns, and help you feel grounded as we begin to work together. You’ll also learn a few simple regulation and self soothing skills that you can start using right away to support your well-being between sessions.
