Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families in both school-based and clinical settings. I specialize in working with children and families, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, parenting support, and relationship concerns. I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where clients can grow at their own pace and feel supported throughout the process.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and relationship-based, with an emphasis on creating a safe space where clients feel understood rather than judged. I use practical, evidence-informed strategies to help clients better understand their emotions, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and make meaningful changes in their daily lives. When working with children and families, I often incorporate play, creativity, emotional regulation skills, and parent support to help children express themselves and build resilience. I tailor therapy to each client’s needs, moving at a pace that feels supportive while still encouraging growth.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive conversation focused on getting to know them, understanding what brings them to therapy, and identifying what they hope will be different. I work to create a calm, welcoming environment where clients can share at their own pace and feel respected, heard, and not judged. Together, we will begin exploring goals for therapy, current challenges, strengths, and practical next steps. For children and families, the first session may also include playful or creative ways to help the child feel comfortable and begin building trust.
