Great to meet you!

Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, family conflict, relationship struggles, trauma, grief, life transitions, or feelings of disconnection and burnout. Others are looking for support in parenting, marriage, identity development, or personal growth.

Using evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, the Gottman Method, as well as existential and solution-focused therapy, I help clients strengthen relationships, improve communication, develop practical coping skills, and work toward lasting growth, healing, and emotional well-being. I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling and a Master of Arts in Theology from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and am licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and supportive, helping clients integrate their experiences, disappointments and hopes as they make changes and move toward healing and flourishing.

What you can expect from me

In a first session I start with warmth and curiosity to connect and explore why a person is seeking therapy. With the client, I collaboratively identify goals and potential pathways towards those goals. I also like to share something helpful - a tool or resource - so my clients can start right away.
