Great to meet you!

You have been managing. Getting through the days, handling what comes at you, keeping it together. But somewhere along the way, that started to feel like the ceiling instead of the floor. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the kind of stress that stops feeling temporary. I also work with LGBTQIA+ and transgender individuals, and with people facing major life transitions who are ready for something to genuinely shift. My approach is practical and grounded. I am here to help you get unstuck and move forward with more confidence than you walked in with.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, we focus on what is actually getting in the way and what you can do about it. That might mean untangling the patterns that keep pulling you back, building confidence that holds up under real pressure, or developing concrete tools you can use the moment you leave the session. I meet you exactly where you are, in your own language, at your own pace. With over 15 years of experience working across a wide range of concerns, I have learned that the most useful thing I can offer is a straightforward, conversational approach that connects directly to your daily life. This tends to be a good fit for people who want something direct and collaborative rather than abstract or formulaic.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we spend time talking about what has been going on and what you are hoping to change. There is no script and no pressure to have everything figured out before we start. By the end, we will have a clearer picture of where you want to go and a realistic path for getting there. If you are ready to stop just getting through it, I would love to connect.
