Great to meet you!

Everyone has times in their lives when they feel like obstacles are insurmountable. Reaching out for support, and insight into issues of concern, is a sign of strength and resilience. I strive to build a trusting and dynamic relationship with my clients. I truly believe that the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of lasting growth and change.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with Trauma survivors, including individuals who have experienced Developmental Trama, Chronic Invalidation, and Neglect. I also work with individuals coping with grief and loss of both the living and non-living.

What you can expect from our first session

From the very first session, clients set their own goals, and I work with them on reaching those goals. I strive to offer genuine empathy and effective coping skills.
