Great to meet you!

I know that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and I want you to know that you don't have to navigate it alone. My goal is to create a space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and supported. A space where we work together to uncover practical solutions while honoring your unique story. I bring a compassionate, collaborative approach to every session helping you build the tools and confidence needed to manage challenges and embrace lasting change. We'll focus not only on overcoming obstacles but also on rediscovering your strengths and fostering a sense of balance, peace, and self-trust.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I believe that no two clients are the same, so I integrate different evidence-based techniques to best meet your needs. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is central to my work with clients navigating OCD and anxiety. I also incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you build flexibility, self-compassion, and the ability to move forward even when life feels uncertain. Above all, I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free Space where we focus not only on addressing challenges but also on uncovering your strengths, building resilience, and helping you feel more grounded, confident, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, my goal is to help you leave each session feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools you can use in your daily life. Clients often walk away with a deeper understanding of themselves, greater clarity around their challenges. and concrete strategies to manage OCD, anxiety, mood concerns, relationship stress, or life transitions. You'll learn how to break free from unhelpful patterns, cultivate self-compassion, and build healthier ways of coping. Overtime, you can expect to feel more grounded, confident, and empowered to create meaningful and lasting change. Most importantly, this is Your space... a judgment-free environment where you can show exactly as you are and explore what truly matters to you.
