Great to meet you!

You want to do what it takes to get past your past struggles, to live "good as you are", whole and free.

I help adults resolve the root causes of their anxiety, depression, and relational trauma. Imagine moving beyond negatively conditioned responses and self-defeating behavior to grow stronger, healthier and more contented.

Using evidence-based, brain-body approaches in a relational therapy context, we work together to "re-wire" your brain, support your nervous system and create real change, not just temporary symptom management.

With over 30 years experience across private agency, government, and private practice settings, I offer individual psychotherapy to adults through a fully online private practice. If you're ready to grow, I'd love to connect.

My approach to therapy

I have a holistic orientation to helping clients get stronger -that is to say, I work with clients to support the health of their whole body system to build and sustain growth.

EMDR - A way of reprocessing "stuck" adverse experiences/memories that works where words alone cannot reach.

Third-wave CBT - a contemporary therapeutic approach that integrates mindfulness and acceptance strategies to create powerful, lasting shifts in how we relate to our thoughts.

Predictive processing - Neuroscience-informed work on how the mind creates — and can update — its models of the world

Attachment & developmental psychology - Traces relational patterns back to their origins, applying a deep science-based understanding of how children experience the world and attempt to cope with adverse experiences.

Buddhist psychology - Ancient frameworks for the mind that map remarkably well onto modern neuroscience.
