Great to meet you!

Jechell's approach to care is rooted in evidence-based practice and a holistic perspective. She focuses on treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, by considering each individual’s unique experiences, lifestyle, and goals.

She provides compassionate, individualized care and works collaboratively with patients to develop personalized treatment plans. Her goal is to empower patients to take an active role in their care, build coping strategies, and achieve long-term mental wellness.

My approach to therapy

Jechell takes a structured, patient-centered approach to care. She works collaboratively with patients to develop treatment plans that are practical, individualized, and aligned with their specific needs and goals.

Her approach emphasizes clear communication, evidence-based decision-making, and consistency in care. With experience in both in-person and telehealth settings, she ensures that treatment remains accessible, organized, and focused on achieving meaningful outcomes.

What you can expect from me

Initial consultations are conducted by our intake team rather than directly with a provider to ensure faster scheduling. During this brief call, our administrative staff will answer general (non-clinical) questions, collect basic information, and help match you with the most appropriate provider.

While you may request a specific provider, pre-appointment consultation calls with clinicians are not available. All clinical discussions, recommendations, and treatment planning will take place during your scheduled appointment.

This process allows us to prioritize direct patient care while offering timely access to services.

During the first session, clients can expect a focused and supportive environment where their concerns are carefully reviewed. Jechell will conduct a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, gathering information about your history, current symptoms, and treatment goals.

This session is designed to establish a clear understanding of your needs and begin developing a structured treatment plan. Clients can expect a professional, respectful approach with an emphasis on safety, clarity, and next steps for care.
