My therapeutic approach is person-centered and strength-based. I am trained in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. I have experience providing therapy to children, teens, adults, and seniors with various goals and struggles.
In our first session, we will work together to create goals for therapy and discuss what type of therapy could work for you.
