Great to meet you!

Welcome. If you’ve come this far, I imagine you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and frustrated - that life lacks in the meaning, vitality, and belonging that you would desire for yourself. Sometimes, despite our best efforts to overcome our problems, we can feel lost and demoralized. Should this resonate with your experience, allow me to share about my practice and how I might help. I am a clinical psychologist with a broad range of expertise and specialize in trauma, loss, and related problems of identity, relationships, and meaning.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach and tailor treatment to the unique person and life context. Importantly, I view psychotherapy as an exploratory and creative space, in which we develop a deep understanding of your suffering and move you toward the transformative change you seek.

What you can expect from me

While treatment goals are specific to the individual and their unique presenting concerns, common outcomes include a clear understanding of distressing internal patterns and enhanced abilities in self-reflection, emotional processing, and interpersonal relating.
