Great to meet you!

Since 2016, I have been providing counseling to individuals, couples, and families from diverse racial, ethnic, gender, socioeconomic, sexual orientation, and religious backgrounds. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Penn State University, and a Master's Degree in Professional Clinical Counseling from La Salle University. I work closely with clients who face challenges with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-worth, relationship issues, life transitions, and addictions.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a person-centered and solution-focused approach to make counseling a collaborative process that focuses on your needs and goals. I am also sensitive to cultural, contextual, and sociopolitical factors that impact people's experiences, especially those from marginalized and underserved populations. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), my approach to counseling is trauma-informed.

What you can expect from me

As overwhelming and uncertain life can often be, my goal as a counselor is to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable and safe to share your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and needs. Beyond supporting you in your life journey, my hope is to empower you to find the path you envision for yourself.
