Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. My goal is to work collaboratively with you to create a personalized treatment plan that fits your needs and lifestyle. I offer both medication management and psychotherapy to help you feel more balanced and in control of your mental health. I speak Spanish.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and patient-centered. I take time to understand your unique experiences, concerns, and goals so we can create a treatment plan that truly fits you. I use evidence-based practices and often combine medication management with therapy when appropriate. I also focus on lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, and overall wellness to support long-term improvement. As a bilingual provider, I enjoy working with diverse populations, including the Latino community, and strive to provide culturally sensitive care. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout your care.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we will take time to get to know each other and discuss what brings you in. I will ask about your symptoms, history, and goals to gain a full understanding of your needs. Together, we will begin to develop a personalized treatment plan, which may include therapy, medication, or both. My goal is to create a comfortable, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to share and leave the session with clarity and next steps. I offer services in both English and Spanish to better support individuals from diverse backgrounds, including the Latino community.
