Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals in both community and school-based settings. I work with women and adolescents who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or are struggling to navigate life’s demands. My approach is trauma-informed, and we’ll work together to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. For those who desire it, I integrate clinical experience with biblical principles to support your healing and reconnection with God.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in meeting you where you are. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, narrative therapy, and a strengths-based lens to help you better understand your story, shift unhelpful patterns, and build tools for everyday life. Together, we’ll create space for both processing and growth. I aim for therapy to feel supportive, empowering, and aligned with what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

My hope is to create a space where you feel safe to share your story and show up as your authentic self. Together, we’ll work to support your needs and gently explore areas for growth. I strive to create an environment where you feel seen, valued, and supported every step of the way. If you’re looking for a faith-based approach, we can also integrate biblical principles and use the tools God has given us to walk through your healing journey together.
