Great to meet you!

I work with people whose lives have taken them across cultures, borders, and identity shifts— and who are now figuring out how to carry all of that. My clients include expats, global nomads, diaspora communities, aid workers, and women navigating grief, trauma, new motherhood, or the quiet question of 'who am I now?' Many of them have spent years being the strong one, the adaptable one, the one who keeps going. In our work together, you don't

have to be. I'm warm, direct, and genuinely curious about your story. I'm not going to hand you a worksheet and call it therapy. I'm going to sit with you in the complexity of your

experience and help you build something more sustainable from it.

My approach to therapy

I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and humanistic principles — meaning I care equally about patterns of thought, the deeper roots of what you're experiencing, and the inherent strengths you already bring. My approach is always strength-based: I'm not here to fix you, because you're not broken. For clients navigating cultural transitions, identity questions, or re-entry after living abroad, I bring both professional training and genuine respect for the complexity of cross-cultural identity. For women working

through perinatal or maternal mental health challenges, grief, or trauma — I create space for the parts of your experience that often go unspoken. Sessions are collaborative, honest, and grounded in what you actually need.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an interrogation. We'll talk about what brought you here right now — not just a list of symptoms, but your actual story. I'll ask some questions to understand your background and what matters most to you, and we'll start to map out what working together might look like. Many clients tell me afterward that the first session felt different than they expected — less clinical, more human. That's intentional. You're allowed to be uncertain, nervous, or unclear about what you need. We figure it out together.
