A bit about my approach to therapy

I help clients navigate through life changes, challenges, stress, anxiety, adhd, relationships, and career. I am an advocate for learning to love yourself and body positivity. Therapy is a process of trust, work, and fulfillment. I welcome diversity. We work together to build coping skills and will create and establish goals to complete over a period of time. Everyone's growth and development will be different and the outcome will be based on each individual's goals.

What you can expect from our first session

Every session is different and we will work at goals based on each individual and their preferred pace. Therapy is a journey and I am here to help you along the ride. I am proud of you for getting started and look forward to speaking with you soon.
