Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Dr. Lewis, a licensed and board-certified clinical psychologist in Virginia with over 10 years of experience. I specialize in helping high-performing individuals navigate challenges like perfectionism, imposter syndrome, complex grief, anxiety, relationship issues, and unresolved trauma, including childhood wounds. I have completed Megan Devine’s 6-month Grief Care Professional Certificate Program.

My approach to therapy

Many of my clients come to therapy not knowing what exactly is holding them back but know they are not satisfied with the way things are going and are ready for something to change. Understanding how our past impacts our present is often very empowering. I'll invite you to be curious about what emotions you are experiencing and to see them as helpful information. We will examine how your past experiences play a role in your present day life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away a sense of comfort and safety. Therapy can be both challenging and rewarding, and I consider it a privilege to join my clients on their journey. I focus on establishing an honest, safe, and genuine therapeutic relationship, using it to foster change and increased self-awareness. I also offer a free 15-minute consultation to ensure we are well-matched to address your goals.
