Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward support can feel overwhelming—but it’s also a powerful act of courage. I’m here to meet you exactly where you are.

I provide a warm, trauma-informed space where you, your child, or your family can feel safe, understood, and supported. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, blending connection with practical tools to help you move through challenges and create meaningful, lasting change.

I support children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment concerns, adoption and foster care transitions, relationship struggles, parenting stress, and substance use.

At the heart of my work is a deep belief in your capacity to heal and grow. Together, we’ll build resilience, strengthen connections, and help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and hope.

My approach to therapy

I integrate evidence-based practices like EMDR, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, family therapy, and play therapy to tailor care to your unique needs. Whether we’re processing past trauma, building coping skills, strengthening relationships, or helping your child express big emotions, we’ll work together in a way that feels comfortable and empowering.

What you can expect from me

Each session is designed to help you feel understood, gain clarity, and learn tools you can actually use in everyday life so change doesn’t just feel possible, it feels doable.
