Great to meet you!

I am a therapist with an LCSW, who have over 10 years of experience working with clients, including children and teens, particularly with those who have chronic medical conditions and have are managing anxiety or depression as a result of their diagnosis. I also work with teens and young adults as they manage school and life stressors in their transitions. I have training in trauma-focused CBT and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction as well as art and play-based interventions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care comes from a trauma-informed, person-centered lens, which includes cultural humility and curiosity. I believe clients and their families are the experts on themselves, and I approach my work with unconditional regard for that. I also appreciate the spirituality of patients and incorporate this as appropriate.

What you can expect from me

My clients will gain insight into their inner resources and tools to cultivate joy in their lives in the midst of life uncertainties.
