Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jennifer! I’ve spent over 10 years working with individuals and families of all ages, helping them tackle life’s challenges—from anxiety and depression to trauma, life transitions, and family dynamics (and everything in between). I’m all about creating a safe, supportive space where you can show up just as you are.

My approach to therapy

I truly believe in the power of a strong, trusting relationship in therapy. I’m an empathetic listener, and I know how important it is to move at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is strength-based, and I love blending techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , Dialectical Behavioral Therapy ( DBT) and Mindfulness to help you build tools that actually work in real life.

What you can expect from me

Whether we’re exploring ways to manage stress, work through past experiences, or navigate family relationships, I’m here to support you on your journey. Life can be messy and unpredictable, but I’m here to walk with you through it—and maybe even find a little light (and laughter!) along the way.
