Great to meet you!

I am licensed in Texas with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, family conflicts, coping with grief, coping with loss, executive coaching, & professional coaching. I also have experience working with compassion fatigue. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

During our sessions, I will utilize a treatment plan based on the goals we set together. I prefer a solution-focused approach that may also employ techniques of cognitive behavioral therapy, aimed at challenging negative or destructive thought patterns that are impeding your personal growth. Again, each individual is unique and our sessions will be tailored to your specific needs.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect a warm and inviting space to speak freely about whatever challenges or barriers they are facing. We will also strive to identify areas of strength and what is going well that we can build on. Therapy should be an empowering experience that leaves you feeling prepared for what may come your way!
