Great to meet you!

Many people come to therapy when life feels overwhelming. You may find yourself overthinking everything, feeling constantly stressed, or emotionally exhausted from trying to keep everything together. Sometimes things look fine on the outside, but internally you may feel anxious, stuck, or unsure how to move forward.

I work with adults of all ages and am particularly interested in supporting people navigate life transitions. Many of the people I work with are dealing with anxiety, depression relationship challenges, work stress, or uncertainty about what comes next.

My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable talking openly about what's going on in your life. Clients feel at ease quickly in our sessions because I bring a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach.

Therapy can be a place to slow down, gain perspective, and start feeling more supported and grounded.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be tailored to each person. Everyone brings different experiences, stressors, and goals into therapy, so there isn't a one-size-fits-all approach.

Together we work to understand what's contributing to the challenges you're experiencing and identify realistic ways to move forward. Some people come to therapy looking for support with something happening in their lives right now, while others want to better understand themselves while developing healthier ways of coping with anxiety, depression, or ongoing stress.

I draw from evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with psychoeducation and thoughtful conversation, to help build insight, strengthen coping strategies, and support meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy.

We'll discuss what has been going on in your life, what challenges you're facing, and what you hope to gain from therapy. It's also a chance for you to ask questions and get a sense of whether working together feels comfortable for you.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step and you don't need to have everything figured out beforehand. The goal of the first session is simply to begin the conversation and create a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood.
