Great to meet you!

I am a LCSW, LCADC, and a School Social Worker. I have worked in the social work field for 26+ years in a variety of settings including schools, psychiatric hospitals, Partial Care/IOP programs, group homes, early intervention, outpatient counseling centers, and I have had a private practice for 18+ years focusing on adolescents and young adults. I also provide supervision to recently graduated social workers and counselors working towards their clinical licenses.

My approach to therapy

I have been providing telehealth services for many years and have found it to be very beneficial for clients who have difficulty finding time to make an appointment for face to face services. My practice has focused on working with adolescents and adults experiencing significant life changes, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, caregiver burnout, learning disabilities, ADHD, etc.

What you can expect from me

Seeking counseling can be intimidating for some people. The first session or two is typically spent completing an intake and discussing the goals you are looking to achieve. We then work together to break down the goals into smaller, manageable pieces that we can focus on each session.
