Great to meet you!

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, and my Master’s degree in Community Counseling from Marymount University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. I have experience with substance abuse treatment in an intensive outpatient setting. I currently work with teens and adults with a range of mental health concerns, and enjoy collaborating with clients to help them meet their specific goals.

My approach to therapy

Forming a therapeutic relationship based on care and trust is most important to me. From start to finish, it should be a collaborative process, and clients should always be in charge of the direction of therapy.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel hopeful, empowered, and deeply cared about after sessions with me. I always create a warm and caring environment that helps clients feel comfortable as they open up and make positive changes in their lives.
