Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist dedicated to helping culturally diverse children, teens, and young adults navigate life’s challenges. Whether it’s managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, interpersonal conflict, or major life transitions, I use a brief therapy model to get you moving forward. I’m also a big believer in partnering with parents through personalized parent coaching to improve understanding, shift problematic patterns, and strengthen parent-child interactions. I earned my doctorate in clinical psychology and bachelor’s in psychology from the University of San Francisco and have spent my career supporting clients across medical, community, home-based, and virtual settings.

My approach to therapy

Growing up and parenting in today’s world is complex. Navigating between academic pressure, identity development, peer relationships, and shifting family dynamics, is a lot for anyone to handle alone. I’m here to help you navigate those challenges. By blending family systems, relational, and cognitive-behavioral strategies, we’ll work together to understand old patterns, strengthen parent-child relationships, improve communication, and build practical skills so you can truly thrive. I also have experience providing evidenced-based treatments such as Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Behavioral Parent Training (BPT), and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT).

What you can expect from me

I strive to provide a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you feel safe to share what’s truly on your mind. My goal is to leave you feeling empowered to take whatever next step is right for you. When working with children and teens, I begin with a parent-only session. This allows us to discuss your family’s strengths, treatment goals, and unique dynamics in depth. If we decide we’re a good fit, we’ll move forward with scheduling your child’s first appointment. For young adults and parents seeking individual support, our first meeting is a dedicated time for me to learn your story and understand how I can best support you.
