My approach to therapy

Every person has their own unique psychological fingerprint, requiring a thorough yet delicate assessment process to identify the root of their needs. In my ten years of clinical work, I have found that the therapeutic relationship is essential to one's success in treatment. I value fostering an emotionally safe environment, starting with allowing folks to move at a comfortable pace as we identify and work towards goals together.

What you can expect from me

Given my areas of expertise, therapeutic goals can range from quantitative to qualitative measures. For all folks, my overarching goal is that they will walk away from our work together feeling relief from the symptoms which initially brought them in, along with a greater sense of agency over their life and internal security.
