Jennifer Marquez is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I work with teens and adults using a variety of techniques, depending on why they are seeking help. I believe people inherently have the tools to cope with their struggles and need assistance connecting with them.
My interventions focus on self-empowerment, mindfulness, education, and collaboration. In our counseling sessions, I use evidenced based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy to help you reach your full potential.
I will work with you to reach your goals whether that is reducing anxiety or depression or learning new skills to cope with life transitions.
