Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed professional counselor and have a Masters in Rehabilitation/Mental Health counseling. I have experience working in inpatient residential facilities, rehabilitation vocational centers, non-profit organizations, and alternative to incarceration programs. I will meet you where you are, help you understand patterns that may be holding you back, and support you in building practical tools that actually fit your life. You don’t have to do this alone—and you don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and practical—I blend evidence-based tools with space to explore what’s underneath the surface. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, challenged in a helpful way, and supported as you grow.”

What you can expect from me

You can expect us to talk about what brings you to therapy right now, what you’ve been dealing with, and what you hope might feel different in your life. I’ll ask some questions to understand your background, current stressors, and any patterns or concerns that feel important. You’re always free to share at your own pace—there’s no pressure to open up all at once.

We’ll also review how therapy works, including confidentiality, session structure, and expectations, so you know exactly what to expect moving forward.
