Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Jennifer. I’m a California-based therapist and a mom of three. I specialize in supporting expectant and new parents, as well as providing EMDR for those looking to heal from past or recent trauma. I know that finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. My goal is to provide a dedicated space in your week where you can finally take a deep breath and set down the weight of the mental load. Whether you are navigating the transition to parenthood or seeking relief from stuck memories, I’m here to help you move forward with a renewed sense of purpose, confidence, and ease

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and relational. I believe that trust is the foundation of helpful therapy. Whether we are processing trauma, navigating the nuances of caregiving, or building practical coping skills, I want you to feel seen, supported, and empowered. I also specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which I often integrate to help clients work through memories or negative beliefs that feel stuck in the body and mind.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about setting a foundation. Think of it as a low-pressure getting to know you conversation where we’ll discuss what brings you to therapy and what your hopes are for our time together. I’ll share more about my process, answer any questions you have, and we will begin building a roadmap for our work together. My hope is to make the process as seamless and supportive as possible so that from day one and to help you feel you have a clear path toward feeling like yourself again.
