Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Jenn and I am a licensed clinical social worker with multiple years of experience working with adolescents and adults heal through grief, depression, anxiety, gender identity and expression, and/or relationship issues. I also identify as a queer therapist that provides gender-affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients. If you are interested in working with me, please reach out to (703) 994-8467 to schedule a consultation call to see if we would be a good fit working together. I look forward to working with you!

My approach to therapy

I believe that establishing a trusting relationship is one of the most important parts of therapy. I strive to create a comfortable and safe space where you can help me process your emotions and thoughts. I use a combination of talk therapy and mindfulness based practice and specialize in Cognitive Behavioral and Strengths-Based Therapy to help you improve your mental health.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, I will walk you through our intake process which includes completing a comprehensive assessment. This assessments gives me the information I need to best serve you. Then in the following session, we will begin talk therapy.
