Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Jennifer Miranda, but you can call me Jenn (she/her). I believe that as humans, we often become our own harshest critics, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals as they disempower that inner critic voice and find new ways to have compassion for themselves.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in compassion and evidence-based practices to help you build a deeper understanding of yourself and develop tools that foster growth. I deeply value taking the time to acknowledge your strengths and wins, as well as creating a collaborative space where we can explore the coping skills you have so you can decide if they are working for you, and if not, we can cultivate new ones.

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions, you can expect to gain practical tools to understand and manage your emotions, build self-compassion, and improve coping strategies. I’ll work with you to identify what’s working and what needs adjustment, creating a collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. My goal is for you to leave feeling empowered, with insights and skills to continue growing and challenging your inner critic.
