Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate mental health therapist whose own healing journey has shaped me into the professional I am today. With a background in teaching and motivational speaking, I strive to empower others to harness their resiliency and live the lives they desire. Through my work, I have had the pleasure of guiding many individuals toward mental well-being, offering both my professional expertise, as well as a deeply profound understanding of trauma and recovery.

A bit about my approach to therapy

No two people are exactly the same. Neither is my approach! In addition to traditional talk therapy, I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to create a treatment plan that is a custom fit to you and your specific needs and goals.

What you can expect from our first session

Imagine what it will be like to get your life back on track; to feel calm, centered, passionate & whole. It's possible. It's more than possible! Life doesn't have to be a daily struggle or bouncing around from distraction to distraction. If you are willing to put in the work, I am too. I will teach you new strategies & give you tools for success.
