Great to meet you!

Hi there! Thank you for looking at my profile! Let's be honest: People do not come to people like me because they are doing great and feeling awesome. As a Therapist, I know this going in. Rest assured that things don't have to be perfect or pretty when we meet. If there is a place you should feel safe to be wherever you are - it should be with your Therapist. In this space, we can help you understand, process, and navigate things perhaps a little differently than you might otherwise.

My approach to therapy

I draw from quite a varied clinical tool bag. I am trained in strategies and techniques to help people manage trauma, mood changes, interpersonal challenges, anxiety, depression, phobias, life changes, and stressors.

What you can expect from me

I often help people navigate their life towards self-efficacy, reducing overwhelm, reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety, and reducing traumatic responses and symptoms.
