Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or carrying experiences that feel heavy to manage alone, you don’t have to go through it by yourself. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and stress who want a safe, supportive space to make sense of their story and begin moving forward in a healthier direction.

My approach to therapy

With over 25 years in the counseling field, I’ve worked in outpatient settings as well as with homeless veterans and incarcerated individuals. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Individual Psychology, focused on understanding patterns and supporting meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

I believe in creating a nonjudgmental space where you can share your story openly and feel truly heard. If you’re ready to begin that process, I’d be honored to work with you. Reach out to schedule a session and take the first step toward healing.
