Great to meet you!
I’ve been a licensed therapist for nearly 20 years, supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s many transitions. My passion is helping people feel supported as they navigate stress, loss, relationship challenges, identity shifts, and the natural complexities of midlife and aging.
Clients often come to me seeking relief from the heaviness of unresolved childhood and family experiences, strained relationships, ongoing stress, or deeper struggles like trauma, depression, anxiety, and disordered eating. Others are simply looking for a safe space to explore who they are, improve relationships, and move through life with greater ease and resilience.
My practice offers a space of warmth, curiosity, and compassion—creating a supportive environment where real healing and meaningful growth can take place.
Professionally, I have formal training and extensive experience as a trauma therapist. I hold a PhD with a focus on child development and sexual abuse and have taught, trained, and supervised students for the better part of two decades.
