Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Jenny and I offer telehealth therapy to folks in California. I'm queer, a parent, and a first-generation American with a deep understanding of the many forms of trauma (in all shapes and sizes) that many of us have endured and continue to face. I have spent years working in the fields of social service, social justice, leadership, and child abuse and trauma. I hope to create a safe container for you where you can feel seen, heard, and safe and can create the change you're searching for.

My approach to therapy

I hope that therapy is both effective and real---authentic and truly useful. I am here to provide a warm, authentic, and safe container to explore all aspects of yourself. I believe each person has the capacity within themselves to access a life full of joy, ease, and connection and find it an honor to be a part of your healing journey. My work is relational and attachment based and I utilize EMDR and Somatic Experiencing.

What you can expect from me

The relationship between client and therapist is of central importance and we will take time to get to know you and understand all the parts of you so this space is truly a safe container for your journey. We will always go at the pace that feels most comfortable for you. I hope sessions leave you with a deeper connection with yourself and with the insight and tools to help shift and heal patterns that no longer serve you.
